You can use Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) to create a survey to run on TapResearch.

To run a survey without disqualification logic, you will need a Professional Alchemer subscription. A Full Access Alchemer subscription is required for more advanced surveys that contain disqualification logic. 

Alchemer's panel integration guide walks you through setting up on their end. You will need your TapResearch redirect URLs to set up your survey in Alchemer.

Once you have your redirects in place, test your survey to make sure redirects are working properly.
