TapResearch doesn't ask personal identifying information from respondents (name, email, address, etc). This doesn't mean that you're not allowed to ask these questions in your survey. However, there are steps to be sure that the respondent has agreed to give this information!
80% of our respondents have never been on a traditional panel and aren't familiar with why PII is collected, and therefore they tend to abandon at higher rates when asked for PII. Having a small statement about why you are collecting this information and what it will be used for can help with this.
If you wish to ask personal information, be sure to include this in your targeting section. These options can be found in the 'Language' section:

We don't allow any sales or lead generation on our platform. Our respondents should only be surveyed and contacted for research purposes. This information is included and agreed upon in the MSA contract when you created an account.
